- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I received a phone call from this company asking to speak to my wife. I told the caller she wasn't in and asked who was speaking. I was told it was home shield insurance about a home policy. I told the caller we were covered and was immediately cut off. NO good-by or thank you, just cut em off attitude, Very Very rude way to do business. I would recomend training on politeness if you want to be successful!
